Dr. Jacobs and the intern that accompanied her were excellent. They listened to my questions, evaluated my condition and provided a plan of action for me. They were courteous and professional and knew of research no other provider previously mentioned at other practices outside of the JH network. I cannot imagine this visit going any better than it did.

I was very touched that Dr. Jacobs thoroughly prepared for my visit: re food not only reviewed my health record, but was also very knowledgeable of the nuances of my rare disease and specialized care related to that condition.

Dr Jacobs called after the visit to inform me about pathology results as soon as they were available, which was much appreciated. Knew my Hx well, related to my concerns, created a sense of trust.
