The people that answer the phones never get back to me or, in my estimation, never let the Dr. know I called. This is not about the Dr. or nurses it is about whomever answers the phones.

Well, I guess this is the first visit for Dr. Jacob and really I like him. He's a very good experienced doctor. He knows what he's doing. The medicine that he gave me, it's very good, very helpful. I think the doctor is very good, very knowledgeable, and I would certainly go back to see him again, but it was a circumstance of the day. It was a very busy day. It was the last appointment. And when appointments start falling behind, they get way behind. So I'm sure the next time it'll be different, and we'll just schedule a morning appointment. Thank you.

Dr. Hascalovici ,after reviewing my wife's information in the computer took the time to listen to me go over my wife's history verbally. The doctor answered my questions and explained the procedure she should have. We felt very comfortable when we left.

Dr. Hascalovici was wonderful. He is caring, kind, empathetic and listened to my explanation of my symptoms. He is the first neurologist who explained what he thinks is causing my headaches and balance issues. He scheduled a "blood patch" procedure for a few days later and is optimistic this will help.

Yes, I believe that the best way to improve is to have more employees in the office where they would answer the phones because I've had difficulties in the past and so it's communication that has to be corrected and improved because communication is very important and if I'm not able to contact the doctor when I need to contact him and they're not answering the phone, well then that is dangerous and for me and at a big risk for my health if I continue to have difficulty with someone answering the phone.

The day of the visit and the day after the visit I tried to get in touch with the office. Call went to answering service 4 times. I went back to the office in person the next day.

Dr. Jacob was very efficient, knowledgeable about the reasons for my visit and had great bedside or chairside manners for the consultation. And I would highly recommend him to anyone that's seeking pain management consult.
