I was very impressed with Dr. Haynes. I really feel he is concerned about his patients well being. I did have a conflict with an office staff that was very unpleasant and at the time I felt his office did not believe what I was saying, was very rude to me, and would not make an immediate appointment for me to see Dr. Haynes, although I explained to her how much pain I was in. I had to go to my medical doctor to have X-rays taken to reassure me I did not have any fractures before my scheduled appointment with Dr. Haynes. Dr. Haynes was not aware of the office staffs interactions with me and assured me he would take care of the situation. Dr. Haynes told me this was not SSMs way of treating people. I really was impressed.

He was very kind in the visit prior to my hip surgery. He’s very straightforward very clear in his explanation of the surgery and completely answered my questions about recovery after the surgery. It was good to have an appointment with him so I could meet him prior to the surgery. I’m now more comfortable with having the surgery.

Dr. Haynes is always thoughtful and a good listener to my needs. He explains what is needed and gives recommendations for solutions/care.

I feel very confident in my upcoming surgery in October that he will do his best to make my procedure go smoothly and correct my problem to the best of his ability and hopefully this resolves my problem

He took a lot of time answering all my questions and went over my X-rays in detail. Was very helpful in guiding me to understand expectations on my current recovery post hip replacement and possible future surgery.
