It was a good idea to meet by tele health because of the snowstorm the day before. Dr. Morales always is thorough and knowledgeable of my issues. I feel like she is totally present and listening to me. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Morales is a very caring doctor. She is very engaged with her patients, at least that's my experience. She is good at following up. Areas of improvement on the staff, not on Dr. Morales, just to be a little more careful and to be on top of like, you know, any tests that are needed prior to the appointment, just to ensure the message is conveyed properly and with enough timing to get results on time for the appointment. That's it. But overall, you guys are doing a very good job. You're very patient because I know that sometimes it's not easy to deal with people, so I appreciate that. That's it.

I had a problem this morning with the prescription for the foot cream. I found out that it is not covered by my insurance and that there is no formulary that is covered by my insurance provider. I could use some assistance in resolving this issue.
