Yes everybody was very good at listening to my problems and helping me through my issues

Dr Jackson was able to see what was on my leg, even through the small picture on my phone. He knew what it was but scheduled tests to make sure the diagnosis was correct.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don't see how it could have been any better. Everything went smooth and timely and everyone did their job exactly as they should

Dr Jackson was the first doctor in a long time that actually listened and made me feel like he actually cared and wanted what was best-I’m so glad I switched to the BJC system. Fantastic staff

I was in quickly for my appointment. Dr, Jackson and staff are always so nice and will answer any questions I may have. I always feel that they are concerned for my health.

Dr. Jackson and his nurse are amazing. I’ve been having issues. Dr. Jackson make sure to send me to a specialist that deals with issue I was having. Very concerned about my weight, give me options that would help. Dr. Jackson and his team are very compassionate people.

Dr. Jackson is a very caring doctor and listens to his patients. Nurse is excellent with patients, very understanding and caring. She is an awesome nurse. Great office people.

Dr. Jackson is an excellent listener and is always actively engaged during his interactions with me. I'm thankful for his calm, reassuring manner and ability to clearly explain what might be potentially confusing or concerning if not understood.

Dr Jackson and staff are incredibly wonderful. Very friendly . The team work well in making me comfortable and attentive. They stay on top of the patients needs. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

Dr Jackson was very helpful with my medicines and took the time to explain all of them and we made sure that I was taking the right medicines and which ones were not some I was taking. I appreciated that.

Dr.Jackson found what's wrong and what I need to do. I trust Dr.Jackson and his team with my life. I've done it for many years and, hope to for many, many more. My son and daughter in law now go to Dr Jackson. They think he's very good.

Dr. Jackson addressed the things I was concerned about, answered questions and those of my son who came with me. He took time to explain the latest research and prescribed medications which were needed.

Top of my list,always, Dr.Thomas Jackson. I pray he stays healthy and safe, until long after I'm gone. He is one of a kind. My sister had been having trouble with doctors for a long time. I referred her to Dr.jackson. She has been taken good care of every since then. I feel blessed having him on our side.

IVE BEEN TO A LOT OF DRS. AND OFFICES. BUT NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH KINDNESS, CARE, AND CONCERN FOR MY PROBLEMS. I HAVE BEEN SEEING MR. JACKSON FOR AROUND 7 YEARS. I REFUSE TO CHANGE PRIMARY DRS! DR. JACKSON TREATS ME AS A PATIENT, AND MY PROBLEMS, MEDICAL ISSUES, WITHOUT ANY DISCRIMINATION, OR JUDGEMENT. I KNOW HE SEES ME AS A PERSON, AND TRULY CARES ABOUT MY HELPING SOLVE MY ISSUES, AND PROBLEMS.
