I absolutely love Dr. Gayla Jackson and her staff. Everyone from the front desk register to the check out clerk is very friendly, and knowledgeable. I refer my clients to the BJC medical group all the time.

I had a wonderful experience with this office. The staff, doctor, and overall environment were pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was kind, caring, and friendly, which made the entire experience very comfortable.
The registration process was quick and efficient, and the quality of care was truly top-tier. Dr. Jackson is incredibly sweet, friendly, and patient. She takes the time to listen and makes you feel genuinely cared for.
I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and her team. Thank you for providing such excellent service and compassionate care!

You did very well with asking questions and I would definitely, definitely tell everybody I know to please go to Dr. Gayla Jackson. She is a very, very lovely person and she's a very, very good doctor.

My Dr. Jackson is awesome and treats me with the best concern. I trust her completely, she’s the best. Also, the team that works wth her are just as efficient, kind, caring & concerned abt me as she is, and that says a lot. They have perfect bedside manners, which goes a long way with me.

Everyone in the office was nice and personable. Dr. Jackson was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable expressing my health concerns without judgement. I would definitely recommend 10/10

I had the most amazing visit. My doctor was everything that I needed in a doctor but hadn’t found. She was incredibly kind, compassionate and patient. I recently lost my son so that was the type of care I needed. Thank you Dr Gayla Jackson / 20/10!

This was my initial visit with Dr. Jackson. The staff was very complimentary, very efficient, and very professiona. And Dr. Jackson provided a level of care in response to all questions I had and took care of my medical situations.

Dr Jackson is one of the kindest people I know. She listens to my concerns and instructs me on the importance of following doctors orders. I can be somewhat anxious. But as my PCP she has my wellness in her hand.

It was cordial, warm and friendly. Support staff was above and beyond and my doctor made it very comfortable for me by having the nurse run a test in the office for my convenience.

Everyone at Doctor Gayla Estelle Jackson’s office listens, carefully, to my questions and concerns. They know their individual jobs, well. I enjoy talking with each staff person I encounter. They are busy and efficient, but, take time to be kind, and helpful.
Dr. Jackson comprehends my various health problems, and helps me to keep things in perspective. She is knowledgeable and experienced. As a result, I’m able to worry less, and to do a lot more! Thank you!

Yes, at this point, Dr. Gaylor Jackson is the best physician I've ever had. I would recommend her to all of my family and my friends. I don't believe that there's a doctor in the practice, as far as I'm concerned, that is better. She's a beautiful person. The staff, The whole office is just wonderful and she should be commended for that and I would definitely keep preparing her and do everything that she asked me to do. Thanks a lot.
