The staff and Dr Jackson were very courteous, patient and professional. Dr Jackson answered all my questions and showed concern.

Not only did Dr. Jackson give me great feedback I needed to hear, she was warm and welcoming, took time out of her day to listen to me. And when I walked into the facility, they greeted me with a smile and my name. They are certainly a 10-20-30. I would recommend them for everyone. I really, really love this office.

Dr. Gayla Jackson and her staff are very intuitive. They listen, they execute, and they also explain. I really enjoy having her as a healthcare provider. So yes, my overall experience with BJC Medical Group at Dr. Gayla Jackson Practices is excellent, and I do recommend her to my friends and family members.

The doctor could have shown more interest/empathy, she could have asked follow up questions with my concerns, her responses were quick and short. I just felt like the visit could’ve been better , I left with the intent to never return.

I was very pleased with the services that I received from my primary care physicians office from the nursing staff to direct contact with my primary physician We had a very good discussion about my medical needs and wants. A Thorough discussion about my diabetic needs a new medication and insulin. We discuss my medicines and my upcoming surgery, so I am very good and confident with the care that I am receiving from Dr Gayla Jackson.

At this time and there is no I want or needs that I can see if they can be improved at this time. I received excellent care from my primary physician and staff Dr Gayla Jackson.

Dr. Jackson delivers extraordinary care. She listens. She involves my concerns and decisions in her assessment. She seems to genuinely care for the patient. I think she’s excellent!!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Better response from Dr Jackson. Never addressed the problem I came in for, instead , went to adjusting my meds without addressing what she was doing. Left in the middle of the visit to go to another pt, and never came back. Came in for leg and arm cramps.
