Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Jackson delivers extraordinary care. She listens. She involves my concerns and decisions in her assessment. She seems to genuinely care for the patient. I think she’s excellent!!

Dr. Jackson was patient and very observant with me. She encouraged me and was very supportive of my emotional state. She answered all my questions and gave solutions for my issues.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Better response from Dr Jackson. Never addressed the problem I came in for, instead , went to adjusting my meds without addressing what she was doing. Left in the middle of the visit to go to another pt, and never came back. Came in for leg and arm cramps.

The doctor and the support staff were very friendly, supportive and kind. I didn’t feel rushed and was very comfortable waiting to be seen. I was offered a beverage and felt comfortable. I was very pleased with my service.

I appreciate the doctor having all the time that I needed to talk and discuss with her my medical issues and concerns and actually to give me a response. I did not feel rushed. I appreciate it my appointment and my conversation with her.

At this time there was nothing they could could have been done better I mean I was in I seen her we had a lengthy visit. I didn’t wait long for her to come into the room. My overall visit was very good.

Yes, Dr Jackson herself was in excellent form today. Answering questions, giving advice and listening to my concerns while explaining what I needed to do about the situations. I had an exceptional visit with her today!

The other staff was more easy going and to talk to than the doctor herself I don’t think we’ll be a good fit based on her beside manners. I hope my voice doesn’t go unheard .
