This was a first visit with the doctor and I didn't actually see a nurse but my experience was great. I would recommend him to other people as well. I really appreciate the ability for a tele-visit.

Dr. Jackson was very kind and spoke in a manner that was clear to understand, but not overly simplified. He made sure that he had answered all my questions by the end of the appointment, and made sure I understood what our next steps were.

This was a one year follow up from [staff] decompression surgery. Dr. Jackson was very attentive and answered any questions and concerns I had. He made me feel confident in my current health status and that everything was going well.
