Claudette is always the best. She is kind, caring and thorough. I also had a new medical assistant. She was so nervous but she was so nice. Very nice sweet girl. she was very professional, apologetic and personable

Rosa at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. She greets everyone with a beautiful smile. Her customer service attitude is outstanding. At a recent visit, I had a car accident in the parking lot upon arrival. I went upstairs to tell her because I was going to miss the appointment. She told me not to worry about it and expressed concern for my well being. The next day she very kindly called me to ask if I was okay! If Lee Health has a customer service award Rosa certainly deserves it. I love her!My PA, Claudette Jackson, is the BEST. She is always warm, compassionate and engaging. She's a great listener and has a great memory. She asks pertinent questions and includes me in the decision making process. I feel blessed to have her as my primary caregiver.

This was a1st time visit for my mother-in-law, who has dementia. This doctor took her time with my MIL. I never felt rushed or that the Dr was in a hurry to get us out. She was fabulous with my MIL.

First person taking my info was great. Can't remember her name but starts with an M. Would like her again. Also Dr Jackson was great as she went thru all my meds and took time to explain how some of them work in your body. I felt she was very thorough. Thanks again.
