Dr. Jachna is the most thorough and proactive internist I have had in my 77 years. She takes whatever time is necessary to deal with my issue and answers all questions I ask. She is friendly and professional. I feel lucky to have her as my primary care doctor.

Dr. Jachna always takes the time to explain issues and solutions. She’s very attentive and listens, asks questions to determine root causes and presents solutions so that we can make informed decisions based on my answers to her questions. Her staff is prompt, very friendly and easy to talk to.

Dr Jachna is an outstanding diagnostician who uses a probing questioning technique along with her medical knowledge to assist her in arriving at the appropriate diagnosis and treatment in the care of her patients. She makes thoughtful and appropriate referrals to other medical specialists and requests follow up from her patients regarding actions taken. Also, the excellent timeliness of test results and Dr Jachna’s feedback remarks are much appreciated.
