Dr Jachna took a lot of time discussing a needed treatment with me. She really listened to my concerns. I feel very lucky that she is my PCP.

Dr. Jachna is such a blessing. She was incredibly kind and compassionate in talking through a difficult medical decision. She went above and beyond with thoughtfulness and digging into my medical history to help make the best choice for moving forward.

This office is very well run. They are always responsive to any kind of message to the doctor or any kind of help, and they are easy to get a hold of.

My only complaint is the length of time it took to see the doctor. My appointment time was 2 pm. It was 2:40 when the doctor came in.

Dr. Jackna is an excellent doctor. She listens to me. I felt like I was heard. She spent as much time as I needed with her. I did not feel rushed. I'm really extremely thrilled with my doctor, Jackna. That's it.

The office is run very, very well. Anytime we try to contact you or use messaging in MyChart, there is always a prompt response and that is most appreciated. The phone is also answered. We're not put on a long hold and that is also appreciated.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Jachna is the an outstanding physician. She is kind, thoughtful and extremely thorough. She stays up to date on her skills and knowledge base and delivers care with compassion and understanding. Being a physician myself, I am very picky about my doctors. I have been with Dr. Jachna for over 10 years and have recommended her to my own family members.

Dr Jachna listened carefully to my concerns and spent time discussing my problem and possible remedies, both in the appointment and in reply to a follow up message I sent. She's a wonderful doctor!

Well Dr Jachna in opinion is on top of game. I feel that i in the best of hand with her. I'm confident she knows what to do pertaining to my health.

Dr Jachna is an excellent doctor. I feel she really cares about my health and always explains why she is ordering a test for me. If she asks me to take a medicine for my bones she explains why and what what effect it will have on me.

Dr Jachna is excellent!. She takes my health issues seriously and doesn’t dismiss my concerns. When I fractured my back, 2 other doctors and the ER dismissed my pain. It was Dr Jachna who diagnosed the fracture.

The wait time is ridiculous. Waiting more than 15 minutes should be an automatic reschedule. Some of us have jobs also that are just as important. Punctuality is one of my #1 pet peeves.
