What could have been done to improve your experience?
My Dr knew I had been in a car accident but didn’t know details about injury and seemed unclear why I had an appt. The Dr seemed rushed, didn’t ask for many details, and went out of room for a while, came back in, told asst to bandage my arm, and said she’d see me at next check up visit. I may have been inserted into a busy schedule and my Dr was running behind. She’s usually more attentive at appointments.

Dr Jachna is terrific, takes a lot of time to ask a lot of questions, and provide helpful guidance. Her office is good, and she is outstanding! So grateful to have her as my primary care doctor!

Dr Jachna is an excellent doctor. She is a warm, friendly, and competent doctor. She asks lots of questions and I know she cares that I have good health. When she makes any changes like a test or medicine she carefully explains to me why and what the medicine will do. I consider myself lucky to have such a terrific doctor.

This visit was a follow-up after a hospital stay. Dr. Jachna took time to review my condition and co-ordinate the prescribed from several doctors. She was thorough and gave me a specific care plan. She listened to my concerns and made sure I understood them. She was competent, thorough and professional.

Dr. Jachna is outstanding. I trust her advice on my medical care and she always takes the time to talk with me and listen to me. Her nurse/tech was very good as well.

Dr. Jachna was very friendly and did not seem at all rushed when we were on a video call. She went over test results, suggested treatments, etc. She even wished me a happy up-coming birthday!

I felt very safe and well heard by Dr Jachna. I left there feeling good about the treatment plan. She was very patient and great listening skills to my condition. My husband was with me and he was impressed as well

Dr. Jachna listens to my health concerns, discusses them with me. notes them into my chart and formulates a plan of action (ie, future tests, etc.), then follows up on the results in a timely manner.
