It's disheartening to have reoccurring symptoms and each and every time you come to the doctor, they have you do the same routine. You go, you get more testing, you may have another colonoscopy, you may have to go back to LabCorp, do this, this, and this. At what point do I actually get a resolution to the problem? Why is it always just a fix, a quick change of my diet? Exactly what is setting me off is what I'm looking for and that's what I don't get from the doctor. I get a, oh, I'm sorry, you're not feeling well, but that doesn't really help me. It doesn't really make me feel better and it doesn't seem sincere. Thank you.

Jacelin was absolutely wonderful a great listener, very intelligent and informative. I couldn't imagine having a better experience and discussing my health issues with her my girlfriend who attended felt the same way. Jacelin is a superstar and a valued employee of virtual for sure. May God bless.

The APN I met with on video call was thorough, and well aligned with the history of my medical record. And I trusted her bc she knew everything about my history, as she obviously read my chart and its history of egd and colonoscopy. I asked questions, easy to talk to. Excellent ! Exactly how every practitioner should be. I'm also in Healthcare. I thought, I think her name was Jacelin was fantastic. And I felt a lot of confidence and her questioning of my history. Very pleased.

The provider I met on my appointment, she is very knowledgeable. She's down to earth. She listens. She involves me. She actually heard my concern. She even went further to add more staff that would help me improve my health. So at the end of the day, she is a 10 out of 10 and I would not take that off.

The doctor was great. I did mention that the filter was red and needed to be changed, but it didn't seem like anybody was really listening. So I don't know if it ever really got done, but that was all. But the provider was awesome. No problems. And everybody was pretty nice in the office. Everybody was pretty nice.

This was my first appointment with Jacelin and I thought she was wonderful. I was there for my annual and had no issues going on. I thought that since we hadn't met that the visit would end rather quickly. Quite the opposite. She had read my history and we discussed options to improve my gastro health. I would definitely see her again

My daughter has developmental disabilities. She communicated respectfully with her and in terms that she could understand. So often providers speak to me instead of my daughter. She respected her and spoke directly to her and of course she accepted my input also.

My doctor made me feel like I matter and my pain matters. She is the first doctor that has ever worried about my weight loss and treated it seriously . I have struggled with an Eating disorder since I was a teenager, and this is a first for me. She saw the difference and not the number. It meant a lot to me

I was very impressed with Jacelin. She went through my entire history more than 10 years prior to meeting with me. She listened to me. She explained to me different issues that I have going on. I recommended people at work as well as my daughter go to see her.
