This was my first appointment with Jacelin and I thought she was wonderful. I was there for my annual and had no issues going on. I thought that since we hadn't met that the visit would end rather quickly. Quite the opposite. She had read my history and we discussed options to improve my gastro health. I would definitely see her again

My physicians assistant took the time to listen carefully to what I had to say, offered me several simple, easy ways to deal with my condition and took a lot of the fear away. I'd recommend her to anyone.

My daughter has developmental disabilities. She communicated respectfully with her and in terms that she could understand. So often providers speak to me instead of my daughter. She respected her and spoke directly to her and of course she accepted my input also.

My doctor made me feel like I matter and my pain matters. She is the first doctor that has ever worried about my weight loss and treated it seriously . I have struggled with an Eating disorder since I was a teenager, and this is a first for me. She saw the difference and not the number. It meant a lot to me

I was very impressed with Jacelin. She went through my entire history more than 10 years prior to meeting with me. She listened to me. She explained to me different issues that I have going on. I recommended people at work as well as my daughter go to see her.

This was the first time I ever used video medical consultation, but yeah, I was very, very happy with it. It saves traveling somewhere, and I think the appointments are a little bit easier to get, and the provider was very good. I would use her again if I needed to discuss something.

I was very impressed with nurse practitioner Jacelin. She seemed very, very informative on many different areas. She took a lot of time to ask questions, answer questions, was friendly, and spent a good amount of time with me. I would highly recommend her.

Yes, the doctors treated me very well and are calling me to get an X-ray between my stomach and throat. So I'm waiting to see when we're going to add that because they've called me but they say they don't take my insurance, so I have to find a place to go because I have to pay. And remember, what I have on Medicare, so I don't know how I'm going to do it. I'm going to deal with that. Thank you very much for the content.

I am so incredibly glad I switched drs, as i did not feel heard, and dismissed at previous practice. I am so impressed with not only Virtua, but everyone, from the people who answer the phones, to the ladies at the front desk. Dr. {redacted} and Jacelyn are truly a care team I respect, but also appreciate.
