He was very professional and direct. He didn't drag anything out and explained everything very well. He was extremely thorough, respectful and polite. The staff worked in a very timely manner and seemed eager to help.

Dr. Lasiter is not only a great ENT doc, an awesome surgeon but an all around nice person. He is thoughtful to all my questions and concerns. His nurse, Jamie is thorough & very nice as well.
