I am a retired anesthesiologist. Dr. Ishii operated on me four years ago. This was an annual follow up. He is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered and feel fortunate to be his patient.

[staff] at front desk was efficient. [staff] got me back and in to a room to see the dr earlier than the stated time for my appointment. Dr Ishii was very thorough with the history taking and examine of the sore on my nose. He explained why he was referring me to a specialist for a biopsy rather than doing it himself based on my immunocompromised status.

Dr. Ishii is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had. Although my medical situation is complicated, Dr. Ishii has gotten me to a place where it's mostly manageable and is always trying to improve it even more. He is the only physician that didn't just give up on me because it's a complex case and I'm grateful.

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Masaru Ishii. He educated me on things I feel I should have been told about decades ago, as well as gave me best practices to move forward with and when to return. This was one of the best doctor appointments I've had in a long time. Best ENT visit for me, since last seeing his wife in 2013.
