The initial experience in the waiting room was longer than I expected. Upon check out, my conersation was not completely private and a custumer could over hear my conersation. Recommend check-out one person at a time or at least when I checking out. The person actually walked right beside me and pickyp up a brochure for Dr Ross.In the office procedure room, I recommend that the ceiling fan be replaced with a new one since it gives an appearance on non sterial environment.The nurse was very professional.

Second time I’ve seen him and second time he had an intern see me, after not being able to get an appointment quickly. Asked for an emergency call, the staff sent a message to the doctor who did not respond till after the office was closed (called back twice as suggested by staff). The next day the message was “nothing for me to do until I see the doctor on Tuesday”.Apparently I have a hydrocele which has no treatment…. I was informed “maybe it will get smaller, maybe it will get bigger! “ Told “see you in a year‼️” and sent on my way.

Excellent apart from pre-op procedures that were not received. Also, indication that an urine sample would be required on arrival would have been helpful.

He listens, his respectful and possesses a great manner in which he treats you as a patient with respect, understanding and explains clearly what the issues are that you’re having, the most importantly, he provides a plan for caring about one’s condition.
