Having dealt with Dr Ross AND his staff, l had felt comfortable keeping my appointments. If there was an unforeseen issue with my appointments, they had been flexible with me, in changing them.

With Dr. Azaiza temporarily on an emergency leave, to ensure continuity of care, especially post-op follow-up, Dr. Ross was covering far more than his expected set of patients, yet still managed to take time to listen and to explain expertly and perfectly. Was extremely impressed.
