Both Nick, the nurse, and Isabel Hamro were completely familiar with my file, reviewed the file with me to see if any changes need to be made, or concerned about my overall health, and interest in my life outside of the clinical setting.

I cannot speak for anyone else but I was treated with respect and friendliness from the reception area. That was not always the case in the past. It was not towards myself but others. The Doctors have always been great especially Dr. Hamro.
