Nurse Isabel, and Nurse Nick are the best, and example of how all nurses should be, and the check in and checkout staff, are SO polite, please encourage & mentor them, to further their careers in the medical field.

She spoke with me as if I were a human being, not an object. In my 20+ years of receiving care From NCH Physicians, she ranks as one of the best in both treatment and knowledge. I Have become accustomed to assembly line like medicine at NCH that to have someone treat Me in such a Kind, respectful way was amazing. I also want to add that Nick, her nurse, also extended personable and knowledgeable treatment during my time with him. Most of the time, the nurses are only interested in taking your [ ], and asking the mandatory questions that are on the computer screen. Do that and they're gone. Nick wasn't like that at all. He also deserves a 10 out of 10 rating.

Isabel Hamro definitely provided outstanding care and spent a lot of time with me. Praises also to Nick, the nurse who greeted me and took my vitals and asked all the relevant questions. He was superb!!! The entire experience was wonderful.

Isabel is very thorough and gives suggestions as to what to do to improve your health.
She listens carefully but also ask a lot of questions to be sure as to what health issues you're facing.
She's very pleasant and easy to talk to, so I was able comfortably share all my concerns with her. Five stars for me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The clerk near the [ ] was fantastic. She and the nurse went out of their way to help me. The clerk has pink things around her computer and a sign about coffee. She was super nice.
