Dr. Ira Horowitz is one of the best pulmonologists I've ever had to deal with. He's sensitive to my issues. He's a wonderful individual and he's helped me many a time. Thank you.

The appointment about which you are speaking was a remade appointment because the first one was supposed to be a virtual appointment. I never connected virtually. I waited two hours, to be honest, for a connection and it wasn't until two hours that I received a notice, a phone call I think, that the doctor was busy and it would have to be rescheduled. I don't know what the problem was. It was a telehealth visit as you can tell, but it was a little bit aggravating and I was a little annoyed at having to reschedule. So I don't know if there's anything you could have done, maybe alert the patient before two hours passes. I didn't want to just hang up because I thought that would be rude, but probably I should have. That's all.

I need to go over a few things Dr. [REDACTED] was my primary care doctor or someone else because I just don't remember how to set the parameters completely so I just need to set it up again with somebody. I need to understand how do I set it so I'm to take the mask off to go to the bathroom or something like that. Okay? All right.

I had a very productive visit, and, Doctor Horowitz proposed a new medication plan that I think will be very positive and productive. We'll see how it works over the next 4 months, and, then I'll have some tests and an evaluation to determine how it's working. Overall I was very pleased with this visit. Many thanks to the Doctor and his team...!

Dr. Horowitz is very considerate, listens to you, and is very professional. If you're having a problem, discusses with you and makes recommendations. I love Dr. Horowitz and most of all his staff. They all are great and so is he a great doctor. I did not care for the girl who checked me out. She did not know me and she did not want to budge on giving me any appointments. But I know he's very busy and he's going on vacation so I guess I just had to suck it up. All right. My appts were made by a navigator. I needed clearance for surgery. They scheduled the breathing test for 8:30 and the appt for doctor for 10:15. The test was complete by 8:50. I was told there were other scheduled patients before me and would have to wait until my appt time. The office was not that busy. I sat there and they took several people that came in after me while I sat. I think this "navigator" could have done a better job in scheduling. It was a 45 minute drive for me to get to this office. I have been seen in the past in the Hammonton office, but the breathing test is only offered in the Cherry Hill office. The tester was very nice and apologized for the wait between appts. I did get my clearance, but if this response helps another patient from such a long wait, it serves a purpose. Thank you
