My doctor reviews her files and understand the patient 's needs. She does all possible to get patient prescriptions approved.

Dr. Guillen Lopez and Dr. Ionescu took the time to really get to know me and seems concerned about my diabetics condition. I learned something new about other medication I was prescribed and felt I no longer needed. They both explained to taking prescribed medication regularly and what it help prevents

I had 3 or 4 endocrinologists prior to Dr Ionescu but I’m very happy with her and hope she is with the practice for many years to come.

This office is horrible at responding to refills when faxed over from the pharmacy. I end up having to call the office every time to get my meds refilled if I need a new prescription and takes several days to get a response
