Having the blood drawn in the doctor’s office was extra convenient and much more practical. The nurse who drew the blood did an excellent job. They took 5 tubes in no time with the least amount of pain. Thank you.

I felt very dismissed by the rheumatologist. Maybe she was having an off day. We are all humans after all. But I felt very rushed and dismissed. They did offer blood work, which I was appreciative for.

No cares at all, did not listen to me, told me I was fine, infusions was working, did not have any inflammation BUT yet prescribed me prednisone to take because I needed it, Asked about my spine and explained what was going on and was told my conditions dont effect the spine and I had a pinched nerve she wasnt the doctor for that, when I asked why my infusions weren't done as she prescribed the 1st time she said you dont do loading doses it's just a recommendation, I asked why my script said I was on 3rd dose and never received any in my life, she once again dismissed me and said you don't need it. You're fine see you In 3 months your pred is at the pharmacy take it for 10 days and walk out as if the building was on fire. I will be changing doctors.

Dr. Bisono is always a pleasure to meet with. She is thorough and knowledgeable (obviously) and I always feel seen and understood. She also keeps me apprised of when blood work or X-rays will be needed. I'm grateful for her expertise and her kindness to me in dealing with my health issues.
