I just met Dr Chandani in June to discuss changing primary physician. That initial visit I felt she spent a good time getting to know me and my history and expectations of care. I was disappointed that after that visit I was told I would get a call to go over my blood test but instead I had some papers w medical coding sent to me in the mail-no one to review those results. This last visit for an ear infection…felt very impersonal…in and out…I also thought it was odd that she didn’t even mention the referral she gave me to an urologist a month prior as a check in to see where i was in that process (since I was there and hoping establish primary care at this office). I guess that is what is to be expected in the day of turnstile medical care. :-(

Discussed issues with eyesight doctor just said have you seen an eye doctor recently and that was all. Second time I’ve mentioned eyesight being double triple words on top of each other. Didn’t even look at eyes. My clinic in Nevada would do a simple vision test even. As soon as my insurance can be changed in Oct I’ll be finding a new doc and a new clinic in town
