I answered all the survey questions with a response of "very good". Those were honest responses, every single person I encountered was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. I didn't see a single staff member that didn't have a smile.

The staff was very good. I was at my appointment on time, check-in was good, and it did not take long to see my doctor's assistant and then Dr. Ilic came in. He asked basic questions about my heart, went over my meds that are on My Chart and thought what I was taking were right along with the times I was taking my medications. I will see the Heart Institute in six months for an echocariogram (sp?).

Everyone I came in contact was very professional and friendly. Had great banter with the assistant who took preliminary info before seeing the doctor. He was great! Dr. Ilic was also great. Explained to me the procedure, what will be done, what could happen, and what to expect as far as recovery. Told me what options were available once he was doing the procedure (heart cath) depending on what he saw. Overall I was highly satisfied with my visit and feel I'm in awesome hands for my procedure and aftercare.

Dr. Ilic Is wonderful, he is so attentive, personable, and aware of my health history and treatment, I truly appreciate the time he takes to ensure I am well informed about my health, and as a result, his care and treatment has greatly improved my health. His staff is also wonderful and during each visit I was especially impressed by his staff, Members, Ted and Lori, their attentive, friendly and positive attitudes always put me at ease. Thank you!
