Robin is a good listener, professional, courteous, friendly and compassionate. She explained everything well and was confident in her medical skills in trying to pinpoint areas relating to injury through manipulating my shoulder joint and looking for weak and strong muscle responses.

She was very professional, very knowledgeable and very kind. The injection I received was the most painful one I’ve ever experienced and I don’t know if it’s the way it was done or if that is just the nature of the beast😩

Robin took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and to explain my test results in such an informative way that I actually understand the condition of my arthritic shoulder. I also now have a realistic expectation of how to manage my situation, and I understand the treatment options, including potentially a joint replacement at some point in the future. I'm very grateful to Robin and all the staff in the Orthopedics office for such an excellent standard of care.
