Dr. Pruitt is very compassionate, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He takes extra care to get patient involved in decision making. Making sure the patient is comfortable with treatment plan. His expertise gave me confidence in the most difficult moments of my life and his compassion brought comfort and reassurance beyond words.
I thank Dr. Pruitt for his remarkable surgical skills, kindness, dedication and genuine concern he showed throughout my recovery.
I will always remain grateful and indebted to him for extraordinary care he provided to me.

Dr Pruitt made me feel that my concerns were the most important to him and his staff they made me feel relaxed Evan though it was a life changing procedure they prepared me with a class to explain the surgery and what to expect before and after there were no surprises the recovery was fast and continued follow ups great

I had two friends with me and both doctors acknowledged them and answered their questions. Both appeared unhurried and would take as much time with me as Ineeded. Neither treated me as a 90 y,o. but addressed me with expectation thatI was in charge. Very encouraging appts for me as I am about to have this majortime in my life.

Dr. Pruitt is one of the Best Cardiovascular Surgeons in MI. He provides for the best possible outcome by following the best proven procedures. He is kind, considerate. and patience in explaining what to expect, taking you through the procedure and f/u. I was so fortunate in my research to locate the best Doctors and Hospitals to have discovered him and MI-Heart....my excellent recovery is proof of that. I used the Society of Thoracic Surgeons Database - website (https://www.sts.org) to evaluate the hospitals in our area for the Bypass Surgery. TH was one of the best.
