The staff is very nice, very welcoming. They answered all my concerns. The doctor was really nice and I liked everything about my health visit and I most definitely will be coming back again.

My experience was pretty good. I did feel a little like I was rushed in and out. I also felt that as a new patient I wasn't made to feel welcomed like I thought I would until the end. I really appreciate my care team giving me comments on my test results so I wasn't left guessing. I have never gotten that before. I've always had to do my own research and assume if nothing was said then I'm fine.

I never got a call back for my results and they were positive and I never got a follow-up on how to fix the problem. So I had to go to urgent care to get my results read to me and to get medication prescribed.

The only concern I had was scheduling my appointment. It was an annual check, but I wasn't able to get an appointment until months later. If a reminder can be sent out to patients through the MyChart to say schedule your annuals, that would be helpful to get something done in a more timely manner. Thank you.

My visit went very well. My only suggestion for improvement, there was a very long wait time from when I was taken in the back to when the doctor came in for my visit. But other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you.

This was a wonderful experience from the reception area to seeing the doctor. Everyone was engaged, friendly and professional. It is never an easy experience seeing a Gynecologist. However, not once did I feel uncomfortable about my concerns. I felt heard. Thank you to the entire team. Each of you made a difference. Kudos!!!

I didn't know I was only there for an examine I thought I'd be able to talk about hormone replacement and other menopausal conditions and symptoms. Also start the blood work to see where my levels are. I was referred to another office with virtue. I will be canceling that appt so I can be taken care to by a Gynecologist that serves women in menopause. The women I dealt with were all lovely. So I hope this helps

Uh, I was very impressed the way that both ladies, um, took Lila and really explained everything step-by-step and really had eye contact with her as the patient. Dr and your staff are very professional, very friendly, and I was able to get my my appointment when needed. I had to make a change to it, but was able to still see the provider. They are very professional. Dr was aware of my situation and my diagnosis and made sure that I followed up with her. And she knew exactly what to discuss on the appointment. Thank you.

The provider was great. The receptionist was completely unprofessional from beginning to end. She was on her phone engaged in a personal call (earbud in her ear) while she handled my registration and check out process. No customer service as her phone call was so important that she could not hang up to deal with the patient. Instead she would just ask the person on the other end of the call to hold on whenever she had to address me. I will be continuing my care with my provider but probably won't be going back to the moorestown location as I was totally appalled with the tech/receptionist lack in professionalism.

The provider did not have knowledge of my past care because I was a new patient. Everyone was great! Very kind and made you feel very comfortable! So glad I found this place!

I liked her very much-very professional, knowledgeable & caring. Didnt care for the chaperone that came in for my exam who never said hello or introduced herself-would have preferred this to be optional rather than mandatory. Very nice staff
