What I Didn't understand there was nobody in the waiting room when I arrived and I waiting 35 minutes before someone took me back and then waiting another 20 minutes till I was told need a x-ray then waiting another 20 minutes to C the Dr. ? Then fill out papers after the Dr visit for Therapy just to get a hand brace!! Total of 1 and 1/2 hrs ?

My only complaint is that I saw Dr. Wagner on Wednesday and expected a call from her surgery scheduling department in the next day or two. And I still have not heard from anyone regarding surgery scheduling dept.

Had a 1:30 appointment. Got taken to an exam room about 2:10. No explanation. Had X-rays of both hands and then spent 40 minutes sitting in the exam room until the doctor finally came in. Again, no explanation why my 1:30 appointment started after 3pm.

Dr. Wagner takes her time. She's very patient. She explains things in layman's terms. She gives lots of different choices and I appreciated her time and attention.

The best Dr. appt I've had in a while truly. I was seen very promptly, felt listened to, validated, & Dr. Wagner did not sugarcoat, did not try to upsell or divert from the reason for the appt, no quackery, & I 100% trust her recommendations and care. Looking forward to healing now, thank you very much.

I like this office. I like the doctor and the therapist, physical therapist. They're all informative. They all care about my plan of care. They listen to me and take their time with me. It's just really a great office to be a part of. I'm really glad that I found them. I'm glad that they're helping me through my journey.

My experience was amazing from the person on the phone making the appt to the office staff and seeing the Dr. Wagner and finally to the women making my custom splint.

It was great - soup to nuts Dr Wagner gave me suggestions to tide me over til nerve test and they are helping. She is a kind and personable doctor and she is tops in my book

I really didn't need to see this dr. as my condition has improved. Dr. Wagner was very nice and made suggestion if I needed care.

From the consultation to the surgery Doctor Wagner and staff where caring even when I called about pain after surgery they reached back out to me brought me back in and took care of me . I appreciate them and the care they gave me.Doctor Wagner listened to my concerns , very skilled and compassionate doctor.

The medical tech didn't introduce herself and went through everything so quickly via the computer and how she talked. It was quite cold and I didn't care for my time with her.

I feel like everyone, but my main doctor was pretty nice. Just a small interactions made me feel welcome. I don't know if it was just me that day but I feel like my doctor just wanted me in and out. It felt like oh it's another one of these cases. Like I don't know if she was having a bad day.
