I assume the bad response time for concerns or questions is due to being swamped but it is concerning when dealing with medication changes. Poor response time is unsettling.

Great Dr, & Staff! Hope you can have staff at Enfield CT. Hartford is has very heavy Traffic!!!

I was very happy to receive care from Dr. Osakwe. I would just say it would be preferable for doctors to warn you before they press on your thyroid gland.
