Ian Sherman did exactly what I would have expected from any provider. He explained everything to my understanding did optimal testing to double check everything that was going on with me at the time and explained everything clearly in the end. Very compassionate and caring, made me feel very comfortable

Very nice but always very late. Usually 45 minutes late to a 8:30-9:30 appointment. I don’t understand why they are running so late for only a few appointments in for the day.

Ian Sherman has a nice, calm approach when discussing a very difficult, stressful diagnosis. He always spends a generous amount of time with us and we don’t feel like he is pushing us out the door. He also has gotten back to me within an hour after my phone call with concerns.
