Ian Sherman is very kind and courteous. He is always professional & takes his time explaining everything to me., I never feel rushed; he answers any questions I have and always has respect for me, the patient and my family member, my husband who accompanies me.

Nothing additional to add Ian Sherman is really good and I am happy to have him as my caregiver. In general it would be good to have some kind of print out of what we discussed, since I have memory issues I forget some of what we discussed and so it would be nice to have.

This was my mother's first visit with a neurologist. She was a little nervous and didn't want to feel stupid. Ian made her feel comfortable immediately. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He took his time with us and explained everything. My mother felt good about herself when we left the app't. I was very happy with Ian and would recommend him to anyone.
