Team should be prepared to provide stress relief such as a stress ball. Testing room was very uncomfortable for the procedures performed.

Hello, I am very happy with this practice. I'm very happy with my doctor and I would recommend my family, friends, coworkers, acquaintances, and enemies to receive care from this physician. The office staff is wonderful. I'm greeted each and every time I come, and I'm just a very satisfied patient. Thank you.

Thank you for the professional and wonderful team. From receptionist the medical assistant to my doctor made me feel comfortable. It's so very important for me especially when I'm in pain to know you guys are there for me.

I am relatively new to this practice and I am still getting acclimated to the way things are done since I was with my other doctors for 8 years but I appreciate the fact that I was not judged from the very first appointment and I like the doctor that's treating me.

The Resident Dr questioned me why I was having this EMG test done. When I answered why I "thought " the test was ordered, he Self-righteously corrected me. "It wouldn't be ordered for that". He minimized my concern about a new finding on my MRI of changes on my brain stem. While he was performing the test, he was more concerned about the discussion he was having with the Attending Physician about the price of his rent, where the attending physician lived, and his sister's living situation. As a novice, administering the test, the Patient SHOULD be of his upmost concern. He did Not communicate what he was doing or what I could expect while he was administering electric shocks via a needle into my muscles. He did not explain the procedure before or while he was administering the test. I did not feel like a person or a patient. I was a "practice" dummy Or a Pin Cushion in a lab. I have been a patient at the NMI clinic for about 5 years (or more), I've had frequent visits for OMT treatments. I have always been treated with the upmost of courtesy and respect from ALL members of the Healthcare team. I have experienced exceptional results from the treatments. I hope that he somehow has some experience in the future to help him learn some empathy for the human beings under his care
