They always call with a reminder several days before an appointment, which is helpful in case it slips my mind!

I had a problem with a Hackensack meridian dr early this year and was not going to use Hackensack meridian doctors again. Not realizing Dr Molk was a meridian dr. I am sure there are good drs in meridian. I told that dr I would not use meridian drs anymore. It was just one bad apple in the bunch.

Dr. Molk was both attentive and very, very interesting and I enjoyed my visit thoroughly. I thought he was competent and asked all the right questions and in general was delightful and I intend to become a permanent customer of his, a patient of his. Bye-bye.

Dr.Molk and his staff are amazing. They are efficient and knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr.Molk recently brought a new medical student/nurse on staff who is the picture image of him and each staff member......kind, efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable. I feel "seen and heard" when I am there and most definitely in the best of medical hands!

I don't think there is anything to be improved. The Dr. Molk was very, very good, very understanding, answered all my questions. The nurses and staff was us dependable. They were great. That's all.
