I appreciated the doctor's approach, and the confidence he instilled in me. Staff was efficient and timely. NO waiting. Wow! I had relocated to Alabama from [ ] and had a great orthopaedic team there. I am relieved to have likely found the same here. Thank you.

I understand that they are extremely busy so I've never complained about it before but there is a sense of rush when the doctor is in the room. Doctor also isn't very personable. Thanks

The doctor does not seem to care about figuring out a root cause to a problem. Everyone else in the office is great and professional. Dr. McKeag is terrible and always makes you feel like an idiot. Would not send anyone to him if I could help it.

They need to stop making 8:00 AM appointments if the doctor isn't going to be there until 8:30.

My entire visit was a great experience. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. Dr. McKeag, Phil, and Brandon were kind and caring during my visit. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable.
