This provider was wonderful. However trying to get through your Meridian telephone operators to my actual PMDs office took 2 weeks and was a nightmare. When I call my PMD I went to talk with someone from her office so they know what is going on, not what someone else's interpretation of what's going on, this is a terrible set up.
