This was my first experience being able to access care through Orthonow. From my first call into the family and friends hotline until Walking out the exam room after my visit with Hyesun, my experience was outstanding.

At every level from making my appointment to completion of the surgery I was impressed with every single staff member. This is my first experience at HSS. They are by far amazing. My PA Dr. H lee was my angel. Everything you want in a health care provider.

I was very happy with the consultation with PA Hyesun Lee, she was very thorough and patient with me, asking targeted questions to assist in her medical analysis. Thank you.

The PA Ms Lee was outstanding.
She diagnosed the problem, knew exactly what to do and her treatment was outstanding.
I would recommend her for any of my friends who have a similar problem of the hip knee or back to speak to Miss Lee.
