She was excellent! She put me at ease during a time I felt was scary. She expalined everything and listened to my concerns without making me feel like I being rushed to hurry and say what I needed to say. And as badly as I felt with my illness she found a way to make me smile. I appreciated that most of all and left the office feeling like everything was going to be ok.
