The staff went out their way to make you feel welcome ! Dr. Buchanan was awesome ! He took the time to listen to my concerns and is willing to take the time to care for me in the future . I’m thankful , I got him as my physician .

Staff very nice and helpful. Loved that the office is at the north location. very convenient to get to. Dr Buchanan was very nice and knowledgeable. Glad He is here with Baptist Orthopedic. I will be returning. to see Him. He is my Orthopedic Doctor now

Everyone is so courteous, kind and caring especially at the front window . Dr. Buchanan listens and is concerned about your wellbeing he has an excellent bedside manner, I feel so comfortable letting him know what's ailing me. I will recommend Dr. Buchanan and his staff to my family friends and others, they are an amazing team who is very knowledgeable in the work they do. Thank you Dr. Buchanan and staff for your service. The staff is very professional. The doctor is very attentive, thorough and he takes exceptional notes that are turned around quickly. This is very important when an Insurance Company needs the information.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Buchanan was great. He spent a looooong time with me. He answered my many questions and explained my discomfort as well as explaining all treatment options. I left his office feeling reassured and would recommend him if you would like to see a caring orthopedist.
I saw him at the Baptist North office which was so convenient.
I highly recommended Dr Buchanan for your orthopedic care.

Very professional staff. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what is happening to my body. We discussed a plan of care and next steps. I appreciate a physician that educates rather than dictates. I have no problem referring others.
