On a ventilator and can not move. I went the exam room myself. My parents said the nurse should have left the door open event something should go wrong. Other then that everything was great

Dr. Wong's office is wonderful. I failed to understand how the billing system in place at MercyOne cannot assign a single patient number, rather than changing account numbers for each visit to the same provider office. I assume that making such a change would be an expense that MercyOne doesn't want to incur to make the patient experience easier. I know this is possible because other health providers I rely on have such a system in place.
