Dr. Hummers is the best in the game. She is extremely personable and treats me like a person and not just a patient. We've been through it together but she always has a game plan and I know that she is up for the challenge.

Spends an unusual amount of quality time with me each visit and if I am delayed at all seeing the doctor it does not matter, as she spends a lot of time with all her patients.

I think Dr,Hummers, is an excellent rheumatologist, and is good explaining my health situation, and what is best to help me to understand thee issues I face with the Raynaulds. She very professional and very reassuring me in to helping to understand what works for me in the medicine that I take, or find another way in finding the best medicine in helping with the ischemic pain and rawness from the isscemic. Leaves me with pain!

Dr. Lauren K. Hummers is very knowledgeable and thorough in the explanation and treatment of my Scleroderma and Lupus. Coupled with her wonderful bedside manner, she has made me feel at ease and more reassured that I have come to the right doctor and that I have received the best treatment ever. She is wonderful and has been so helpful in guiding me thru my diagnosis and treatment. This visit I had airline problems and she even saw me earlier than my scheduled appointment. She has gone above and beyond for me.

My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get an appointment. From the time I had positive ANA tests (multiple) it took just shy of an year to be seen by Hopkins.
