Dr Nancy made the difference for me. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough. Also, my mom was won over as well. She wasn’t happy with her current PCP saying he wasn’t personable for her like our previous PCP. Meeting Dr Nancy and talking with her made her feel comfortable. Plus she’s a woman.

What makes my experience a positive one starts off with my greeting from the front desk. I never have to wait long for my appointment, the nurse takes me back with a healthy smile and warm conversation, then I’m greeted by my doctor. The atmosphere totally is very inviting. I receive a thorough check over, labs taken if needed and then I’m escorted out either by the nurse or the doctor. I’m totally taken care of from the time that I arrived to the time I leave.

Very much improved office environment from a couple of months ago. People manning the front desk, employees friendly and cheerful, phone calls being returned in a timely manner.

My provider is amazing!!!! The nurses have all been incredible as well!! Dr churba is kind and compassionate as well as listens well. She help so much with guiding and follow through. Just the best place to go!!

Have nurses to draw blood and give injections,unless medical assistants are really qualified and trained to do so.

Dr Val has always been helpful and complete. This was our last time together before her retirement. I will miss her very much. We have become close over the past few years. She was more like a friend than a doctor all the while professional.
