When i started with you the doctors took time to listen and try to help. Now they are so rushed you can't cover anything. I have had three different doctors and have liked them all but they all let or were forced out for trying to give the excellent care they wanted to give

It is getting better. Jacqueline, greeter, is very welcoming. She makes feel like a guest, she's been waiting for. She is always pleasant. I haven't felt that each and every person at the front, but I seek her for this reason. Thank you Jacqueline

The wait time to see the physician was extremely too long. That is the only problem that I have the courtesy and the professionalism is great. The physician was excellent.

Wait time is far too long. Appointments should be scheduled approximately, so patients don’t have to sit longer then their actual time spent seeing their doctor.

My appt was only for a routine INR test so I wasn't scheduled to see Dr. Paris. Minimum wait time. When called, nurse was ready for my test and consulted Dr. Paris for answers to my questions. Nice visit overall.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the assistants came over to talk to me while I waited to get my meds. She walk me to the front for check out. The assistant who took my vitals and the assistant was who escort me to the front were friendly and helpful.
