After one visit with Margaret my daily readings went down and my a1c went from 9.6 to 7.3 in three months. Directly as a result of her expertise, and friendly and inviting personalty.

Margaret, listened, answered questions and explained your lab results. I felt she sincerely cared for me as an individual. Made a new action of care and wrote it out for me, so I would remember and understand it with options to aske questions when necessary.
