Our only complaint was with checking in. The young man that assisted us with checking in was very rude and not at all welcoming. After our appointment we returned to the check in desk to ask if we could have the drs business card and were told he didn’t have any and made absolutely no effort to obtain one for us. He acted as if we had completely inconvenienced him by asking. You should have friendlier people in your customer facing positions. Everyone else were extremely nice and polite.

I have been so frustrated with my care in Tuscaloosa. My visit with Kirklin Clinic was so positive! I feel like someone is really looking into my symptoms to figure out what I’m dealing with.

Dr McElderry and Amy are incredible medical providers… second to none! They are a tremendous source of knowledge and experience in the cardiology medical field. On top of that, they are extremely personable and genuinely care about their patients.

There are several reasons for my "10" rating. First, of course, is the fame of the cardiac unit of the hospital and Dr McEdlerry's long experience with ablation. So I knew I was getting the best possible care. Beyond that, and in some ways just as important, I can't say enough good things about the staff. Every single person I met -- and I met a lot of people! -- was courteous, friendly, cheerful, and in many cases hilarious. I had a wonderful experience.

Dr. McElderry is an extraordinarily qualified practitioner. I am lucky he is so close to where I live. I was prepared to travel if necessary to seek the best care. But I believe I have found it right here in birmingham

I am grateful to Dr. & Ms. McElderry for patiently answering my many questions. Dr. McElderry calmly and dispassionately explained the options available to me and then carefully answered the questions that allowed me to make an informed decision. I now have NO reservations regarding my decision to have an ablation and look forward to having it sooner rather than later. My wife, daughter, and I are all confident that I am in good hands.
