She listened and addressed my concerns. The main issue I went for was treated and is responding. The secondary issue required being sent to lab and I was told I’d be called within 4 days. That was 3/16 n I haven’t heard back-called yesterday n no response. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the Lab🤷‍♀️

She listen to me. I felt treated with respect and cared for. With multiple health issues. I feel most practitioners put you in a "hypochondriac type" of category. Then just move you along. I didn't feel any (rolling of their eyes) different from any other sick patient. I have a very long history of physical illnesses. It was good to be treated like a person. A person who knows their body is sick! I actually felt better going to the after-hours clinic then I did at the hospital. (with a high fever (103.0)and a kidney infection. I was sent out the door after hours. No place to fill any of the prescriptions they gave me. No look at any of my X-rays. To top everything off I had no clue who my doctor was. By them not hearing me at the hospital (caring). My infection didn't go away. I shouldn't have had a go back to a after-hours clinic. But I'm truly thankful I did they heard me and helped me. My doctor even took the time to find me a card for a primary care doctor. Which I've been needing. All around extremely helpful! I felt like the doctor cared about me as a person. I was very grateful. And I would recommend their after-hours clinic and doctors.
