Everyone was very kind and respectful. This was my first time meeting Lesley and only the second appointment at this office. Lesley was excellent and I am so thankful to have this office for all of my future primary care needs.

Leslie is always great to work with. After my exam and outline a plan forward she went to the waiting and explained everything to my husband.

Every time I see Dr., or his nurse practitioner, Leslie, as someone that is constantly at the doctor they are the only people I feel that honestly besides my surgeon now truly listen to me hear what I have to say and take it into consideration, and I don’t feel like I’m in a factory. I feel like I’m an actual person Because when you’re always at the doctors and you have serious things wrong with you, they normally other doctors will rush you and never have I been rushed and they are just not only professional, but they are friendly and kind and care. I truly would never want another doctor

Lesley listen to my concerns and answered my questions. She also informed me of my choices and referred me to an expert concerning my condition.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Nurse Dilg took the time to listen to all my various medical issues, gave me her advice and sent me to the lab to have a thyroid test done for which I have already received the results and nothing more needs to be done at this time. She advised me to improve my diet.

No, She gave me more than enough time to voice all of my concerns and then advised me to improve my diet

Everybody was friendly and did their job in a proffessionable way as always. Lesley asked me to trust her in her assesments of my condition.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everybody there is extraordinary and exceptional. I was telling my daughter how much I love it there and love the people. I felt so comfortable and it was so easy to talk to [staff] and Lesley ......and Dr. on my first visit. I'm so glad I found these people. I was without a primary for so long because of finding it hard to find the best for me. I have been to several different primarys in the past few years because they all moved on to somewhere else. I finally feel like I have my Doc!!

Just keep doing what you're doing. No need for improvement in my eyes!!..=)

Leslie listened to my issue and worked hard to get a resolution for me to see a specialist in a short period of time in order to accommodate an upcoming event so I didn’t have to cancel it. I really appreciated how attentive she was and her follow up!

I waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time to see Leslie, which I’ve never had to do before. Maybe I’ve always been spoiled, but I’m not used to having to wait anymore than 5 minutes to see her after seeing the nurse!

It is nice to have a PCP office that truly cares about their patients. I went to a different PCP and ultimately came back to staff and Lesley because they truly care about their patients and will listen to what you have to say/your concerns. It is so nice to be heard again and to get a game plan in place with your concerns that you voiced.
