Every time I have had an encounter with Dr Soto's office since meeting him and his colleagues in October 2024, it has been a completely positive experience. Bedside manner is way above average, and subsequent efforts to treat and help me manage my issues: impeccable!

Elizabeth did not rush through my appointment. She asked several times if I had any questions and said she had the time to discuss my condition. I felt heard throughout my appointment.

I had spent time with Elizabeth when I was hospitalized a year ago. She played a crucial role in convincing me to get my device. She is extremely caring, patient and knowledgeable. I can’t think of any way she could improve. The entire staff was remarkable.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had just experienced being Code Blue after a Heart Cath. I felt I needed to share the experience with Elizabeth. She reminded me that she was taking care of my Arythmia. I may be over sensitive and maybe she was having a difficult day. This was not my usual experience in the past. My next appointment is in a year. Looking forward to a better experience.

My nurse was exceptional in caring and making me feel comfortable. My LPN was really helpful and took time when asking questions. Could not have had a better experience.

I peel this is a excellent place to have my heart taken care of. Everyone from the doctors to the staff over the last 10 years have been no more than excellent to me. You couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of you.
