The Doctor conducted my physical in a professional manner, answering all my questions. He also referenced me to another provider for another issue. He was very good an easy to follow and understand his explanations of my conditions.

I just recently moved from Walnut Creek to San Jose and was very nervous with new primary doctor. However, Dr. Hsing Pao immediately put me at ease. He was very informative and listen to my concerns as well as made me feel included with my health. He was walk me through all the lab-tests that needed to be done. I ended up walk out of the clinic feeling that I'm in the good hands of primary doctor care as someone I could trust with my health. Thank you so much!

Very good experience with Dr. Pao. Dr. Pao was very friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable about knee orthopedics. He was able conduct physical examination and tell me precisely what happens in my knee, what my options are and their consequences, so I can make an informed decision about next steps.
