Dr. Hsing Pao, my first impression is that he's old but when I met him inside the examination room he's young jolly/happy doctor, he introduced himself, explained very well everything, any questions I had he answered courtesy with good explanation. He did everything good, compared to my previous PCP. He met and exceed the qualifications of a rising bright doctor
