She really listens and is so helpful. Even though I feel stupid, she reassures me and gives me encouragement. She listens and offers advice. I never feel rushed through my appointments with her. She's a real blessing.

The nurse practitioner or provider we have has no compassion for any problems my daughter has had. She doesn't get personal at all, doesn't seem to give off any vibe that she cares to help relieve what is going on everytime we come into the office.
