In addition to being a wonderful NP to see in person, Allison is very quick to respond to concerns in the portal. I prefer seeing her to seeing a regular GP any day. GPs are on ridiculously short time constraints. Allison is efficient and thorough.

She did not go over all aspects of my bloodwork. She didn’t really say much of anything to me, only asked me questions and typed answers into the computer. She was very dry and uncaring. I went through a traumatic ordeal with bloodwork results a few days prior and she didn’t even talk about what could have caused it or didn’t seem to care that everything turned out fine. The nurses there were much more caring and friendly.

Ally was great! She listened well and addressed my concerns. After seeing Michelle Hall for so long, I was a little nervous, but Ally was very professional.
