We were really glad that he's got that doctor and they are always nice to us and they explain things to us and we really like them.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Howell listened and asked questions, going the extra mile to get us in to for an ultrasound. Everyone was so caring and helpful when they could have been frustrated by an unplanned appointment. I’m so grateful to know I have support in caring for my aging father.

I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Howell was gracious enough to see me as a walk in, and was very kind, compassionate, and professional. I am following up with him this morning for additional treatment. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Dr.

Amy Williams is beyond outstanding. She has compassion and reconciled my medication with me. She also will work with my oncologist and let me know she was always available. It feels awesome to have someone actually listen to both me and my husband and put a game plan together for me. Love her

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Howell was amazing, I told him the issues I was having, and he gave me different options of how we could address the issues and explained in depth the concerns with each, and which he would reccomend. He talked to me like a human, not just a patient, was warm, and a great Doctor. He got my medications called in fast so I could get them before I left town , to prevent me from having to drive back later in the day. I was very pleased with the visit .

I am sincerely impressed with the staff at this BJC Doctors building! The staff is very organized and helpful! My experience with my doctor, Steve Howell has been outstanding! He really listens! I feel like we are a team working together to improve my health! That means so much to me!

Dr Howell was very friendly and informative. Making sure I understood all the information given to me. Also asking which option I would prefer on my routine tests needing to be completed.

This was my first visit with Dr. Howell. When arriving the front staff was very friendly and efficient. I literally waited less than 5 minutes before being called back to an examination room. The medical assistant was friendly and helpful. She took time to ask questions and listen to my concerns. Dr. Howell arrived promptly, he greeted me he was friendly and polite. He sat and listened he asked questions. Dr. Howell involved me in the process of how to proceed with my medical conditions, treatments, and medication. He laughed and joked he didn’t seem rushed he was very down to earth. I was very very impressed by him and his staff, I look forward to moving forward with them and getting my health back!

Dr. Howell was absolutely the best, I have bounced around primary care doctors for a while after mine stopped practicing family medicine. I finally feel confident in continuing to see one primary doctor. He really listened to everything I said and helped me come up with a plan that worked for me and included me in my medical care. I also brought my small child with me to my appointment and he was absolutely amazing with her. He really made that office feel like a safe place for a family.
