I am so lucky to have Dr. Charles Mark Howard to be my primary doctor. He listens to you, help to resolve what ever health problems you are having. He takes his time , asks questions and if he orders some tests / procedures he notifies you right away as soon as he gets the results and gives you guidance to solve the problem if there is.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I know I have to wait for the doctor sometimes, but I understand that maybe he gets held up by the patient, who sometimes have some questions that needed to be answered and clarified by a professional medical person like Dr. Howard.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much time Dr. Howard took to talk to me about my recent health issues. He really did listen well and offered very helpful advice and referrals.

Dr Howard was totally present and went through years of issues that I no longer have. He updated everything and I felt completely listened to!

Dr. Howard is a wonderful example of excellence in medical care, and all that you would hope for in a doctor! One of his best attributes is listening to me in a patient manner and responding to my concerns with great medical advice! He also is wonderful in responding to the BJC My Chart portal for messages!
