What could have been done to improve your experience?
The communication of the wait time would have made the visit better. After sitting in the exam room for 30 minutes I had to ask if or when I would be seen. I understand that things happen and time schedules may change. Please communicate this with patients to reassure them that they have not been ignored or forgotten about.

I like Dr. Howard. He has been very professional. Very smart. I trust him, which is important.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don’t think there’s anything that could be done to make my visit any better from the time I walked into the door. It was just unbelievable. It was extremely nice and very helpful.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had a 4pm appointment and I was left in the room for 40 minutes waiting on Dr Howard. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. Because the appointment started so late, I was unable to have my blood drawn at the office or at outpatient lab. They were both closed. Since I had to wait minutes, this would have been a good time for me to go have my blood drawn.

Dr. Howard always listens, explains things fully, so medically knowledgeable about anything medically, never rushes me. I'm so lucky to have him for my doctor.

I think the visit went well. I am basically healthy, so I do not see Dr. Howard often. During my visit with him yesterday, he explained some general information I can keep in mind regarding exercise and pain relief. This is helpful with my current issue and will be helpful in the future.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
His knowledge and skill at diagnosing and explaining the exact condition of the knee was impressive. The treatment plan, including an anti-inflammatory medication, exercises to do at home and referral to a physical therapy office made me feel well cared for.

Overall courtesy of department and medical staff was very admirable. Truly appreciated Dr Howard allowing me to see the actual CT scan and be able to recognize the severity of having a kidney stone lodged. It impacted the size of my kidney and without medical intervention it could have lead to great complications. Thx

I have been going through a very rough a dark time with many struggles physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and at work. It has me beaten down so low and feeling so hopeless. Dr. Howard has been so kind and caring over these years about everything with my all over life and health. This visit was no exception. He very much made me feel heard. Sometimes life is good and sometimes falling apart. I know I can be real and not gloss over. I am so appreciative!
