I feel that Dr. Mark Howard is excellent--first-rate all the way down the line. I'm fortunate to have him as my primary physician.

Dr Howard,is an excellent physician, patient and kind , leading , encouraging patients to ask questions and answering every one of them regardless how trivial they are , I feel lucky to have him as my primary care physician . Thank you Sir !

Dr Howard gave me an extensive / comprehensive visit; he covered a lot of ground and put many options to me. The primary complaint took most of the visit. I also received advice while in India, which is pretty remarkable.

dr. Mark Howard is extraordinary! He serves his patients with empathy, professionalism, kindness, and excellence. He is the type of doctor I would compare all others too.

Yes, Dr Howard’s even visited me during a recent hospitalization which was with another doctor. Dr Howard is my primary doctor and keeps track of my medical happenings with specialists.

Dr. Howard seems very attentive to details. His demeanor is always thoughtful and considerate. His responses to my questions are generally stated in ways that make sense to me, a non medical person.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The communication of the wait time would have made the visit better. After sitting in the exam room for 30 minutes I had to ask if or when I would be seen. I understand that things happen and time schedules may change. Please communicate this with patients to reassure them that they have not been ignored or forgotten about.

I don’t think there’s anything that could be done to make my visit any better from the time I walked into the door. It was just unbelievable. It was extremely nice and very helpful.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had a 4pm appointment and I was left in the room for 40 minutes waiting on Dr Howard. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. Because the appointment started so late, I was unable to have my blood drawn at the office or at outpatient lab. They were both closed. Since I had to wait minutes, this would have been a good time for me to go have my blood drawn.
