In addition to my experience with Dr. Koch, I was extremely impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of his office assistant and everyone I had occasion to deal with, either via phone or in person at the office. Unfortunately my recent experiences with medical offices has often make me feel like I am viewed as a "revenue producing unit" rather than an individual human patient! Quite the opposite in Dr. Koch's practice...Great professionalism, high levels of knowledge/experience/capability, and genuine warmth!

Dr Koch listens, takes time without rushing, looks at you instead of computer, hands on exam, and cares!! Like the docs we used to have before managed care. The office: sometimes difficult to get a timely appointment or talk to anyone without having to leave messages
