the receptionist Nadne is great she greets everyone with a smile and makes them feel welcome, The nurse who greets you at the door should go to school on how to be pleasant it takes less effort to smile than to frown she does only what needs to be done.

His greatest strength is being a sweet compassionate man who cares a lot for others. There is a much needed position for him at JKV to help patients who are anxious about seeing a doctor to relax. When they are relaxed, they will be better able to communicate better with the questions they are asked.Then after the doctor who did the workup and tells the patient, Dr. Koch can can interpret in everyday language so the patient can understand and feel more relaxed about asking more questions.

I feel he’s a bit less accessible now and believe his staff is very protective of him. Let’s hope this keeps him able to stay with us and not get burned out. Dr. Koch is very personable and caring.
