He was kind, patient, and thorough. He took his time to get a complete picture of my problems. Before I left, he wrote on a piece of paper a summary about what we talked about. For elderly patients, it is wonderful. My primary doctor outside of JKV tells me lots of things that by the time I get home, I've forgotten.
