Rob was a PA when I had right shoulder replacement surgery back in 2020 and was fortunate enough to have him again with left replacement in 2025. He is great.

Rob is a fantastic medical provider. All concerns were addressed and I received the same excellent care I had in the previous appointment. Rob is an excellent listener and the extra bonus is that he has a fantastic personality.

Rob showed me my MRI results, pointing out the problem areas, and answering my questions. He suggested I pursue surgery, instead of just telling me that I needed it. He made the decision mine.

Rob is a very caring individual and really listens to what you have to say. There was no pretense that he was the medical professional and I was "just the patient", my thoughts mattered.

He listened, really listened to what I had to say about my physical therapy and my thoughts that it was to passive. He understood that I wasn't going to do something stupid but that I could be challenged more, but within limits I understood.

PA Houser was very professional and courteous. As a rule I prefer seeing the MD and not a PA but PA Houser was a refreshing exception and would see him again without hesitation.
