Don't know if it is just me but his personality did not click with me. Don't think he really listens to the patient (who knows there body much better than he) about what will and will not work with different medicines effective to the patients system.

I’ve never felt this from Jim before but this time I felt very rushed out the door. I changed my appointment to add in needing a physical 1-2 weeks ahead of time and confirmed my appointment was set for a physical plus my medicine check in to continue on with my [RX]. While I was there I had to take a drug test and sign paperwork which I’ve never had to take a drug test before but when I was told about it, it came off to me like a yearly thing I do but I never have before. I didn’t care about it it was just weird and nothing said to me before hand, thankfully I was able to use the restroom again though I did minutes before I came to my appointment. I wanted to speak to Jim about [ RX] but before I could ask about it, it came off like he was trying to rush me out the door so I then asked him about [RX]. He sat back down and said he liked the idea. I don’t feel like I got very much info about it or how it works or anything of the sort because he gave a 1 minute overview so quickly that there was no way I got all the info about it. Thankfully I knew someone on it so was able to ask them questions, even then I had to message questions in about it because I was being rushed out the door. My physical, yeah that never happened. I asked him about it via my chart and confirmed he didn’t do it though it was part of my appointment. I was told that I will be due for one in September and that I had one last year in September which I would tell anyone who asked that I haven’t had a physical in many many years because I was unaware that one was ever performed last year. It’s frustrating that I took the time to call in, adjust my appointment to include the physical for work stuff which I told them at the time I changed my appointment and was told that I would have it during that visit. The topic wasn’t discussed or completed so it was a waste of time for me to have it added to my appointment and now I have to apparently wait until September to have it done when I wanted it done early in 2025 but instead of discussing with me or telling me anything about it, it was ignored and the only reason I now know anything about it is because I asked about it on a mychart message which the message took place because I wanted more info about [RX] and taking it due to being rushed along.

James is a wonderful care provider. He listens very attentively, and shows genuine care and regard for his patients' well-being. I appreciate how thorough he is in checking me out and making sure that my questions are answered.

This person wasn’t prepared for my appointment. Repeated my stay in the hospital in July, asking questions which was in my health records. Never touch on things to be of helpful to my well being. I felt like I the appointment was a waste of my time.
