All of the staff in Dr. Horner‘s office are dedicated, courteous and helpful. And so is Dr. Horner. He explains everything to me every time I am receiving treatment. I would recommend him to anyone I am very satisfied with the care that I get there.

Dr. Stephen Horner is a wonderful surgeon. He knows exactly what he is doing and is very professional. I have already had a right hip replacement done by him, and I need another one done on my left hip. He is my go-to guy.
