All of the staff and doctor was very professional and polite.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everybody was accommodating and helpful. Dr Horner is an exemplary surgeon. Not only did he do an exemplary job with my operation but he cared a lot for the post op care of his patient. I am recommending him to anybody who encounters the same physical problem I had. Great surgeon.

Nothing I can think of. Everybody had been pleasant and helpful—and beautiful facility.

Dr. Horner. I have gone to him 25 years!! He has done 2 hip and 1 knee replacements. He is the best.

Dr. Horner and staff were all extraordinary. I never have to wait long even when I show up early. They are very organized, spend the time I need and take very good care of me. I do not dread going to this office at all!

I knew I was going to need an X-ray and was pleasantly surprised that the first thing was send me over to get an X-ray. I couldn’t believe that when the doctor walked in he had a printout of the X-ray to show me exactly what the problem was with my knee and my options for treatment. Probably the best doctor’s appointment I’ve had in a LONG TIME!!!

No single but, ALL, EVERYONE I have had the pleasure of experiencing one thing or another. From hospital stay, and everyone there to the Radiology group! My husband and I both moved here from NY and, never in the 50 years of living have ever experienced such EXCELLENT service in the whole campus/facility. Absolutely OUTSTANDING!

Nothing, just continue to run with the staff you have and you will ALWAYS succeed. I’d like to personally Thank every last one who has been involved in my care. ❤️

Dr. Horner did a fantastic job with my hip replacement surgery. I’ve had no complications and I am recovering quickly.

My appointment with Dr Horner was scheduled for 8am. I arrived at 7:50am, checked in with the receptionist, followed her direction to the X-Ray department on the same floor, checked in there, was X-Rayed twice, returned to Horner’s office at 8:00am. He examined me, shared image results with me, answered my questions, and injected my knee with cortisone. I was in my car and heading home at 8:13am. Every element was perfect!

I felt like the doctor was not interested in my concerns as I was not a surgical candidate. It only takes a few seconds to feel ignored and it’s difficult to recover from that.
