Well, I feel that the staff is very friendly, but lately I been having isses when getting my prescription. I told someone that I needed 2 things that I needed. So When I went to pick them up at my pharmacy, they only had one done. But my Free Style Libra senor did not get refill, because there was no refill requested. I had only a few hours left to change it. My husband had to drive me all rhe to the office so that the doctor can have it requested right away. So When a person request that needs refills, it's should not be so stressful.

Didn't have to wait long, even though I was late. The staff was nice and polite. The doctor came in, ask questions and answered all my questions. I was shook up because I was late thinking that would pushed everything back, but it didn't. When I walk out of there I was smiling.

Everyone who works at Chen is there for us! From the person who greet you at the front desk to the person who takes you for testing or gives you shots or is your doctor, is there with your best interest. I have loved Chen for 10 years plus.
